Shopping on Oceania.

I have just today begun my new UO life on Oceania after transferring over from Europa, I have been out of the game for a while due to me moving to Australia from Europe, and I'm having a few small problems that I hope you fine folks could help me with.

I have searched everywhere on Oceania for a 110 necro power scroll ( need a couple actually) and as yet have had no luck at all in aquiring one.
I checked every vendor in Luna and all the places you would expect to find shops and still it eludes me.
Can anyone here point me in the direction of a shop or shops that would likely have said power scroll?
Also, I'm quite the keen shopper, so would be nice to have a place where I can relax and do a little retail therapy from time to time.

Any help would be much appreciated and I'd like to thank you in advance.

I think probably with the advent of the scroll binders, most people have taken the smaller scrolls to turn into bigger ones =)

Aside from Luna, have you tried Fink's place? (House of Wax) He has a heap of vendors - there's a rune, or runebook (memory is bad!) going to it from his house in Luna, which has a vendor called House of Wax - I think!
