There's a rune called "SHOP RECALL RUNE" in Brian's silent auction house at Izumo's Rare Fest, where is that from?

Just mark a rune while standing in a house, it'll get that name. Unlike normal runes, shop recall runes cannot be renamed; they get whatever the name of the house is.

If I'm not mistaken, it's in the auction because the house it leads to is for sale. Not because the rune is worth anything
