Ships not repairing properly?

Is it just me, or does something here not seem quite right? I just brought down a gargoyle merchant ship, sustaining a moderate amount of damage in the process. So I limp my way to the Emporium and do some repairs. Well... The Relto's state is now pristine, but it sure as hell doesn't look or act like it! It's still limping around like it's damaged and looks like it too

I think this happens when you start permanent repairs while still under the timer for emergency repairs. I've read several different solutions for fixing it.

The Relto was heavily damaged, but not enough that I needed to do any emergency repairs to get to the Emporium.

I also just had to repair my Tokuno ship, the Gemedet. I didn't have any issues repairing that one, even doing the permanent repairs with emergency repairs still holding.

Well, dry docking fixed it. I just hope that it doesn't happen too often, because it'll be a pain to constantly have to clear out my hold to be able to use my ship
