Ship Tracking rarely working on Chessie.

Isn't ship tracking where you say 'Start Tracking' and a bunch of arrows come up pointing you to ships in the area?

Yeah, I did a 4 hour privateering seesion this evening to compare how much saltpeter was used to scuttle Tokuno, Gargoyle, and Orc ships by heavy cannon fire and light cannon fire. Turns out that while light cannon fire takes twice as many shots and therefore twice as long, the light cannon does the job for only 3/4 the saltpeter.

Only one got found by Tracking, the rest were found by sailing a search pattern. Why it took 4 hours. :gun:

Ship tracking is waaay busted. it shoes player statues parrots and sometimes gypsies or other npc's at boats. When did high seas launch?

Ship tracking actually wasn't intended to track all ships, so not tracking orc ships may not be a bug.

It's broken on siege too. Sometimes it works others it dosn't and it's all kinds of boats not one specific kind.
