Posting this here hoping for a bit of attention, as it seems to be affecting everyone on the shard, but ship runes no longer work on siege, neither existing ones or newly marked ones. When you cast nothing happens, no message at all. Luckily I was near shore and it was fairly easy to recover my ship, but some are having trouble getting back to theirs due to the 1 boat per account limit (and rowboats are just far too slow), assuming they even know exactly where at sea they left it.
