I'm not sure how many are having problems with their ships [Tokuno that I know of] all of a sudden breaking this week... After breaking my third one I finally figured out how to fix it!!
The problem is the recall rune quits working... you can't recall on your ship cause it can't be found....
The fix... stand on the deck of your ship and mark the rune... it might say that you're in Felucca now even though you're not, but it does fix the problem
