Shield Transmog Potion Items

Hello All,

I have a Hook's Shield that I want to turn into something different. I don't want any other shield though. Is it possible to have any other item that fits in that hand with the Hook's Shield stats? I tried to Transmog the Shield to a lantern but that didn't work. Does anyone know if there are other items besides shields that you can or have transmogged stats to?

There is a blank lantern and a wand at Hythloth. There will be an orb recipe at Krampus.
So 3 non shield options.

it is actually cheaper to purchase the 25 drops
(I buy them for less than 2M each)

they can be dyed with natural dyes (as soon as you get it)
dyeable with Pigments (after potion is used on them)



And the humans tell me that it is an awesome light source
it highlights my characters nicely

The lantern at Hythloth has 1% poison resist. Does this not affect it from being transmogged to Hook's shield?

Any plain shield you make has resists. That makes them a shield.

Kinda like only head wear with resists will work.
