Got one tonight and have no idea what it is. Could someone please enlighten me.

Humility Quest, keep it, and u have an ok shield, take it with you to the Humility Shrine, and it turns into the Humility Cloak. Your choice, either are free to obtain and can only be done once per character.

yes i beleive its near the end of the humilty quest u get offered 'the shield' for your troubles, however u are supposed to turn it down then u get offered the 'cloak' instead....
