And here I thought 1 second after midnight on 2/11 meant the event ended at 1 second after midnight on 2/11.

Developers apparently can't tell time.

IF you say logged in until server maintenance you can still turn the drops in but it IS still the 11th...so you have ALL day today



I know the format they use is confusing....but today is the last day...does that make sense?

Be careful. While the turn-in person may still be up, if you log out, the points you had from turn-ins will probably reset to zero. There are a few Asian shards where the event is still running, but probably will be off by server down.

Saw at least 2 people airing their grievances in Gen Chat about this very thing happening to them on Atl sometime around 00:30 or so.

I learned the hard way from the pirate hat turn-in event. Was farming up until the bell rang - logged out for a moment - logged back in and lost 80 points. Cost me a Balron chest - Oooooops!

What would be better would be if they shut off the spawn, but allowed the vendor (and accumulated points) to still be active for another day or so.

00:00:01 EST is 1 second past midnight. Which means it should have ended early this morning. If they wanted it to end at the end of the day on 2/11 it should have been 11:59:59. 00:00:01 is the next day.

Which I think is what they did. I was just fooled by the trader still being up. The cities are empty even though the Town Crier says they arent.
