Shard transfer

What happens to the house when I transfer the charicter that is shown as the "owner"? Does it automatically transfer to a different charicter on the same account? I want to keep the house so I don't loose all my stuff and transfer the charicter to a different shard.

As far i know is the house account bound not character bound. So if you transfer your character nothing will happen.

Correct - the house will default to another character on that shard on the same account.

Everyone on that account is treated as the owner of the house, but only the person that placed or was given the house is listed on the sign post, and it will stay that way until either the house is dropped or transferred.
