Ok I get the basics of this but ....

How long till I can come back to the original shard, I just want to go and buy/use a shard bound item on a char, and return with that char straight away ...

These Shard Transfer Shields can do that ?

You need two shield tokens, one for the shard you're going to and one to the shard you're returning to. Each token is a 1 way trip and you have to wait 24 hours (real time) before you can do another transfer.

You CAN NOT use other peoples shards shields. These items are account bound and CAN NOT be used by other people, they are NOT like the Xfer Tokens. All transfers have 1 24 hour cool down including charter copy to TC counts as a Xfer.

Just a note... not sure if I'm following. But if it's a shard bound item it can't be brought off that shard. I assume if it's something your going to "consume" like say a 120 fishing scroll or some such, and you use it on that shard, you should be ok

Correct. So in the example of those +10 skill point VirtueVice pinkies, take your toon to that shard, eat it, and come back at 120 (or 100 if that is your goal).

yup, that works!
i took my red to ATL and ate a Nox 3 Mastery then drove him home the next day.

There should be an "I' must confess my sins" option, that performs the same function as a forged pardon. Perhaps introduce the Clerical skill ? At 120 you can grant absolution....for a fee

A Tramms castle should suffice.....
