Shard Transfer Down??

Just wondering if anyone else is having trouble with shard transfer? I keep getting shard unavaliable.
I could log into the shard (origin) and I was transfering from Drac.

I've been getting that, trying to go from Atlantic to Oceania, since at least 2:30 EDT yesterday afternoon.
