Have to quit VvV (wait 3 days) to activate the shard t/fer.
Then wait the 24 hrs to return ...

All to access a III Mastery Primer ....

If Im paying $26 AU for the pleasure I should be able to do it instantaneously.

4 days to access a stupid item that should never have been made shard bound.

If you quit and join another guild just log in and out you should be able to join again.
