The orc mask probably had a property on it that only works if you have the SA expansions.
The publish notes indicated that there are 12 “packages” of item properties. Each Package contains a group of properties fitting a purpose or a theme and each package has its own related Prefix and Suffix.
Items can be generated (a) without names (i.e., they only have random properties); (b) with only a prefix (i.e., some properties will be from a particular package and the rest are random); (c) with only a suffix (some properties are from a particular package and the rest are random); or (d) with both a prefix and a suffix (some properties from one package and some from a different package).
Theme: Strength and Hit-Point Related - "Mighty" Prefix; "of Vitality" Suffix.
Theme: Intelligence and Mana Related - "Mystic" Prefix; "of Sorcery" Suffix.
Theme: Dex, Stamina, and Speed - "Animated" Prefix; "of Haste" Suffix.
Theme: Regeneration (including damage eaters) - "Invigorating" Prefix; "of Restoration" Suffix.
Theme: Spell Casting Modifiers - "Arcane" Prefix; "of Wizardry" Suffix.
Theme: Leeches and Drains - "Vampiric" Prefix; "of the Vampire" Suffix.
