I dont know if this has been posted yet, but when u drop a piece of blackrock on a Shadowlord u get this message,
- The air suddenly stirs around you, From the darkness you feel the sting of the serpents fang! -

Hmm. Do you get the rock back. Or do they keep it?

Do any stats go up?
Do any of the other creatures around start attacking you?
Can you control/ask the Shadowlords to do your bidding?

Interesting... Did the SL keep the Blackrock? Did he kill you? Did you get any item(s) for giving the SL the BR?

Maybe this is choosing sides... either use the BR to kill the SL's, or just hand it to them...

I ahve given blackrock to two diffrent shadowlords on my stealther while Hidden, heh.
yes, he keeps the blackrock.
And no, i havnt noticed any chnge.

maybe it IS because I am infected...or has anyone else done this that's infected too? Cus Maharia has been infected since day one... I remember when Lady Sounder told me she blew herself up with the blackrock so of course I had to go do it *laughs* and the next day I remember it was when Ricardo was in his jail wagon at yew prison, we had just gotten the patch and I RAN to him to see if he said anything new and I got the voices....so it's been a LONG time....I'll have to try it on another char and see if that makes a differance.

I can't do it on my mage and she is infected but my dexer can do it. So it must be that we are infected.

If you're infected you shouldn't be "doing it" unless you use protection or you might pass it on....

As far as her not being able to do it....well.....they don't make viagara for women yet....

I wonder if Black rock can be given to SLs more than once per char. This kind of fits into the clues already given to use.

The line about choose your side...
- Use Blackrock to harm the SLs. Choose to side agianst the SLs.

- Either
- - - Give Blackrock to the SLs. Choose to side with the SLs.
- OR -
- - - Having already blown yourself up. A choice that could have 'already been made' to side with the SLs.

... eh, its a possibility...

Ohh that could be it...Maharia has already chosen her side cus she's infected...BUT why do the shadowlords still attack her if she's supposed to be thier *friends*? I mean....if she's already chosen to side with them there should be some effect that either they don't damage her or...something....

I just tried the threads on a non infected char and nothing happened
**Edit-Tried the planestuff too and nothing happened, on a side note I noticed that the berserker deamons will not attack the shadowlord.

I just got an armour part off an ethy shadowlord. It's a bone helmet called "Deaths Essence" Is it an armour part from ML or new ?

Ok, I was also able to give the shadowlord blackrock. I AM infected, I have used some before to blow them up. If it helps any, I am at 119.9 necro and 120 spirit speak.

The message you're getting is the one you get in the Citadel when you get ambushed by suddenly appearing members of the Serpent's Fang sect. Sounds to me more like a really buggy cliloc error that you'd be getting that message off a Shadowlord... it just doesn't make any sense at all.
