Ok after sitting staring at the screen for 3 hours at number 8 in the queue, waiting for a GM to come to answer my questions, I only get a message stating I need to contact the billing department

So maybe someone helpful here would like to answer a Newbie's er I mean returning Vet's question. Because the billing department is jumping the gun a bit....

I last left the game with AOS, and just recently returned and upgraded to Mondain's Legacy... which I THOUGHT was the latest expansion pack upgrade? And I believed would also give all the missing expansions? I am trying to customize a house and found that Shadow walls amongst some other neato new stuff is grayed out with a link stating I need to upgrade to the latest expansion in order to use??? I'm confused if anyone can enlighten me I'd appreciate it.

Shadow walls were a promo with the 9th Anniversary Box - the only expansion box to come out since ML.

That was 2 years ago.

A number of the things that came out from 9th anniversary and later are things that were originally intended for Stygian Abyss, so it's possible that the SA expansion will include them.

You really need to contact the UO rep and point out these things - the more people that do, the more likely somethign will be done to rectify this. Those of use with 9th Anny have had the perks long enough without others havign the ability to acquire what amounts to a minor set of deco tiles.

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond to my question. Especially when the GM's won't give me 60 seconds of theirs after waiting for 3 hours for them. This was my second page to a gm --the first time was for a different reason, and I waited 5 hours never moving in the queue and finally gave up.

Glad to have the extra help from others =)
