Services Moved during Rares Fest

-Community Teleport Hub (Building)
It will become the Rares Auction house, the Hub will temporarily move to Merxmere for better promotion of connected townships and establishments.

-Public Dye Tubs (Crafters Hall location)
Public Dye Tubs will be moved to the Rares Fest location to allow off shard players to dye objects. *Crafters night will be unaffected*
