Looks like they fixed the Proxys. I dismounted and he turned back into the Proxy color.

Unfortunately at this time we will not be able to restore players skin hues. As soon as possible, we will be providing a way for players who lost their skin color to select a new one.

• (Enhanced Client) Character’s face color should now always match the player’s body
• Fixed an issue which would cause Gargoyles and Elves to lose their skin tone in certain situations.

they said they fixed the issue that was causing it, not that they fixed those allready affected!

grrr this absolutely sux. im still very purple and my gargoyle is also not fixed. nice just revert the server back two days and make us whole again

I can deal with the color for a couple more days until I can be re-hued.

I would be pretty upset about a revert, though.

why would we even have a revert, the only reason would be the proxies, they're fixed, no reason to revert.

as long as they dont expect us to pay $19.99 for a character skin dye. That would do exactly what they are saying their going to do, give us a way to get our skin back. Anything i have done over the past few days, I could easily do again. Getting my skin back, thats in the hands of the UO gods and I just can't make them do a thing.

This will not work because as many have stated....this would cause people to lose their hair color from dyes that some have purchased for extravagant amounts of gold or even cash from the EA website. It will take a little more thought than this.

It is the weekend, the most we could have hoped for something that is a cosmetic fix is something quick like this.

supreem said that their fix would not remove the hair dyes, just change skin hue. Now can this thread die?
