server ip addresses change last few months?

I was just gunna see if the connection has improved but any of the ip addresses i would of used less than 6 months ago doesn't respond. maybe they are blocking icmp now i have no idea, or maybe their ips changed?

Anyone know what they are if they did?

just verified them, they are all ping responsive.
