server down time?

How long is atlantic usualy down for each day at server down?

ATL is down longest. It goes down 5-15 minutes after 5 AM eastern time and comes back roughly 5:45-5:55.

To add to this.. Sometimes it doesn't save everything after about 4:30am - 4:45am.
I've lost items or logged back into dungeons at server up if I was still hunting after 4:30.
