Serpent's Pillar

Can anyone tell me if the pillar is down, if so ....How do we can entrance to papua?

As far as I know, the serpent pillars are working. I primarily use the one east of Trinsic, and I used it within the last week with no problem.

Make sure "you" are next to the pillar, not just your boat, say "doracron" to go into Papua, say "sueacron" to get back out of Papua.
