What are the different between Serpent Arrow & Infectious Strike ?

both require poisoning skill.....

can Serpent arrow done level 5 poison?

i know nothing about serpent arrow...

Ive tried serpent arrow with and with out poisoning and theres no difference. You just dont need poisoning to use it. Also check it on the "winterland" test center for some fun!

Serpent Arrow can deal up to deadly poison, whereas infectious strike can deal lethal poison (I think Serp. Arrow can hit deadly, anyway... no one really uses it afaik).
