Serpant Arrow- why the karma loss?

Mages dont lose karma when they poison someone do they? im not sure but i dont think you lose karma when you use poison special on kryss's, etc. i know you lose karma when you poison the weapon in the first place.
just a thought, its not a huge deal or anything, im a chivy archer and like poisoning but dont like losin karma

Your Actually getting the Karma loss because someone's infinite wisdom over at the ivory towers there decided to allow one to gain in the poisoning skill when you use the serpants arrow. This doesn't make the Serpants Arrow useless without the poisioning skill, and someone can correct me if they know, but I don't think that it actually helps the special move more effective or not.

ah i didnt think of that. kinda lame. even if poisoning skill added to the move youd have to use nothin but bows with that skill to get use of the points. thx for info
