serious problem from game time code store

So I purchased a stygian abyss upgrade code. I agree to pay 29.99 + sales tax. Everything on the site works great. Suddenly I get the email and it says I've been charged 43.44!!!! The website automatically sent me a new account code instead of an upgrade code! WTF!?

I don't want a new account. I don't want to spend 43.44!

EA rep has said it was a 1 in a billion shot but they were wonderful. waited a total of 10 minutes on the phone to have the problem resolved quickly.

EA's customer service just went up many notches in my estimation.
