The prison npc does not even need any item to be given to him...u simply say help and he gives u a scroll to hand to Elrich back at Britain....Alas i doubt u need do any if the middle quest...just simply start it and finish it??? FOR THE FIRST PART....
Then do the end fight and make sure your crafter chars etc have a dech full of explosion bottles to do enough damage to get another 25k points and the cloak
