You have 1 week to claim your items or the house owner gets them.

Go to the house, click on the house sign, and it will give you an option to reclaim your items. They will go to your bank box, along with the vendor's gold.

If there are a lot of items, be careful when you take stuff out of your bank box. If your box is over the limit, and you can't hold the item in your backpack then the items will fall to the ground.
