THE ISSUE
We have received reports from some of our North-american players who are unable to connect to our website or the game. It appears the connection problem is caused by a routing issue between AT&T and our servers, however, we are currently still investigating the exact cause.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
If you are unable to reach our servers, please contact our support team by sending an email to [email protected] and include the following:
TEMPORARY WORKAROUND
As a temporary solution, connecting via a VPN (or a different internet network if available) appears to resolve the problem for most players. You can also try ExitLag, which is free for Albion Online until September 30th.
STAY TUNED
We will keep you up-to-date on the situation as we receive more information.
