Semi Rares Question

OK, gotta ask these questions.

Am I the only one who is miffed because I can't empty the tinker's chests to get a chance at spawning the tool kits and arrow shafts anymore?

What happened to the whips outside Skara Brae? Used to find all kinds of odds and ends in those barrels, and now they're always empty.

I've pretty much resigned myself to the fact that this won't change anything, so I've also gotta ask if this has impacted the value of whips, tool kits, and arrow shafts?

Going after semi-rares used to be a nice way for me kill some time when I wanted a break from dungeon crawling or BOD filling. It used to be a nice way to make a little gold, cause folks usually bought this stuff for a nominal amount a few years ago.

Not very much on Chessie. I guess too many of those items are still around from the early days, before the keyring bug hit the chests. Also, when there is a new expansion, or sometimes a major publish, the shard seems to get reset, and the keyrings are removed, which allows thieves to get a few more of said items.

For the Skara barrels, you first have to go there and open the barrels to get the items to start spawning. Go back and check every so often. If something spawns in the barrels, remove it all and it will keep spawning items, including whips.
