I just want to sell it as hassle free as possible. Get this castle before customizing comes into play. I can only imagine there will be more difficult to come by then. As far as all the items, think of it as a "mystery box". If you get to wrapped up in........."Am I gonna make my money back?"..........this is not the deal for you! There are plenty of items that are useful and resellable. I would prefer this place goes to someone who actually "WANTS" it
