The vhergor's skull, vulcan's vanguard, and vulcanite greaves are the items. It is the riot orange color. The color of the chinese prosperity goat and the Origin Mesanna lantern.
The vhergor's skull is a bone-mask, the vulcan's vanguard is a chainmail tunic, and the vulcanite greaves are leggings (dragon scale design)

You said Light of Riots torch twice and I don't believe there is an actual set other than perhaps the 2 pieces that have the word vulcan's in it. There is a "krab carapace" tunic I believe which is riot colored, Origin lantern, Lava Encrusted Shield etc. Not quite sure there is an actual set. There are quite a few combos. There are also a pair of riot colored boots hehe.
