I'm selling the home of the very first Rare Collector's Festival which was held on Atlantic this past April.
The house is located in malas, and is in a very unique location as it is at the end of a peninsula and has absolutely no neighbors whatsoever (the closest is to the west past the end of the peninsula). In addition there is no spawn either, nor has any ever wandered down to the house in all the time I have owned it.
