I am currently wearing 2 legendary artifacts that are similar but significantly better than this that I enhanced with Valorite for higher resists & no enhance tool... My suppose isn't stupid at all, I just don't remember what the base maximum resists on a winged helm are. Your suppose that my suppose was stupid is stupid.
jk, but srsly the item is worth nowhere near 50m, even unenhanced. Just sayin, pretty sure that's also what @Best Friend was saying.
