175 mill is just CRAZY.
You took the most expensive price on ATL to set your price, and thats is not realistic.

you sound like a reseller who wants to add another 20% to end price...
why even bother commenting - either you buy or you look elswhere...

had offers of 140-150m so far but I am in no rush to sell... so 175m gets it
