Hello People, and Merry X-mas! I have decided to sell the following items.
Items are on Catskills.

1) Recall Rune (upside down); Reserve:12 mill
2) Pitcher; Reserve: 10 mill
3) Mini House Deed - Small Stone Keep; Reserve: 4 mill
4) Mini House Deed - Tower; Reserve 2 mill
5) Mallet and Chisel (none usable); Reserve; 700k

Rules of the auction:
1) all bids must be posted on the board.
2) Items are on catskills and bidder is responsible for pickup.
3) will accept the following Items valued as stated
-> Crimson Cincture - 15 mill
-> 120 Fencing PS - 4 mill
-> 25 stats scroll - 4 mill

aye, no one enjoys reserving gold for an auction item to have their bids cancelled and the item removed b/c the seller isnt happy with the bidding.

you also did not mention what shard the items are on.

I have updated the post. All items now have a Reserve (lowest bid allowed). Just as a reminder, items are on Catskills and whoever wins the auction is responsible for pickup. Happy hollidays you all!!!
