Selling Fel Keep on LS Shard. The keep is very well placed: No Spawn, No houses covering it, Front yard, by water, far enough from road for privacy but not too far, etc. The actual location is just below East Brit crossroads in case anyone is wondering. Current offer remains at 45mil, I'll probably let it go for another week and take offers then sell to whoever is highest bidder at that point.
