That would be a great house if there was actually real pvp on Cats 
Man talk about memories.. I remember when either Conspiracy or Destrukt owned that years ago. Then the "M" on the map used to be a villa owned by "LoW" Lord of the Wicked guild "Pale Face" i think was the name.

I owned the house right next to it when I was in SX for a short while with Destrukt. He was an old friend from Chessy before we both moved to Cats. Those were good times
I'll give ya 150m for it. I think some guys I know pvp there ( I always confuse cats and chessy)
When my old guild (UOF) started xsharding around we went to GL first and demolished BC I think it was. Took Gambit, FuzZ, Tarkus and BiggUnZ with us to I think it was Cats to demolish !C! (CHAMPS) Stayed for like 2 weeks until they tried to bore us off the server then went and had some really good fights against SX on Chessy? It was mostly me on Cannibal C H E F then, mr.blackmage, CoBeS., Rainhart, Waffen, Disco Stu, Caine and Jiptomilly, eenbeekay, Zero and the above named guys at that point. I think thats where we picked up Horizon after SX eventually stopped playing. After I talked crap for months on forums they ended up coming to Lake Superior finally to fight us again. At that time they had some guys quit and we were playing WOW with the majority of our accounts inactive.
