Out of gold and a new pet needs scrolls, so I stocked a vendor with some artifacts. (They should be the low price on VS if that is actually working for you.)

Vendor located on Atlantic - South of Luna just before the bridge

Royal Guard Investigator - 100/150 durability​
Tabards (yellow, green, black)​
Despicable Quivers (Physical, Fire)​

Will also do trades involving 120 scrolls (Wrestling, Tactics, Anatomy, Parry, Meditation, Focus)
