SSI= dexxers

The wep in question is a mage wep and used by mages for defensive purposes, not to deal damage to opponents (though when it does its an added bonus). While the latter two mods would be nice to have, not having them does not make a weapon trash. The wep in question might not be worth 15mil (I would easily pay that much for the katana mentioned above), but it is certainly not trash.

Actually, weapons with spell channeling are primarily for TANK MAGES, wherein the mage also has a weapon skill and tactics to perform specials, thus necessitating the need for the HCI, SSI and hit spells, seeing as tank mages actually intend to inflict damage on their opponent.

The mage weapon in question is used by a mage with no weapon skill for the reasons listed in my previous post.

I don't know what pvp guild you are a part of, but everyone I know refers to the so-called "negative mage weapons" you speak of as mage weapons and to the others as spell channeling weapons. As for me telling you what to do, stop acting like a petulant child because that is what you sound like.
