Mages can shape shift into orcs, no need for a costume... Just need to ask the devs to allow the orcs to ride a mount if shape shifted for role playing.

Ask them to add more orc styles too to shift into, choppers, bombers, scouts, etc...

There are no orc costumes. There are 5 'monster'ish costumes, that I can't recall. None of them are really RP-able, if that's what you were wanting.
