He can answer for himself of course, but I recall that he said earlier he was getting rid of excess houses, but keeping his original lich lair. But, even if he was closing all his accounts, I don't think Rykus would bid on something and back out. Not that kind of person.

Thank you ladies. We shipped the kids off to the grandparents and spent the weekend re-modeling the house. That is a far better present for my wife than a room full of roses and chocolates. Besides, I hear chicks dig scars, and she knows I can't do any form of home improvement without at least a few minor lacerations.
@ Ru - I'm in no hurry to actually transfer the place. That account will stay open for at least another month. Holler at me in ICQ this evening and we'll work it out. No problem..
