This House is on Justice Isle in Fel
I can say that the locations has not been visited by anyone for a very long time as I have watched it closely for months.
Very Secluded and Remote and I had to go off shard to secure a rune to the Island.
Since that seems to be the case I am only giving access to the island to the new owner in order to maintain the privacy.
There are two other houses on the island which seem to be placed but never used. If you can get the other two it will be a very very nice location.
