Besides, this house is worth at LEAST 10 million; probably alot more than that. Justice Island is very hard to get to (thanks for the teleporter, Nabin), and there's only room for 1 house there.

Thank you Friend. Yes I have a good idea on the value of the location. We have had several offers today over 200 mil in various formats. all of which we passed on.

Cannot use boat on Justice Lake.
Cannot teleport to the island.

can only access if you have a rune marked there.

With the exception of some VERY secluded areas, this is the most private.
