whats the shield of recognition?
Shield of recognition is not part of the virtue set. It's the booby prize you get if you screw up the cloak quest.
At the end of the quest you're offered the shield as a reward. To get the cloak you must show humility by refusing the shield.

hmm maybe I will try and do the cloak quest and get the shield....
I suppose it could be considered a part.
But it's not a component part that is included to bring about the change in the armor which happens when they full suit is worn.
In other words, the mechanics of the game do not consider it to be a part.
