srry i was offered 450 already and 475 if i leave some deco 150 is no were near
hi while i appreciate this information the post is for offers sensible on a castle i dont want to know what u paid or what you think i want sensible offers if you got 1 for 350 or you think 450 is 2 much i dont care the post is for offers not for opinion)
well europa seems to be gaining in population...deffo when i logged in the other night... i was well shocked how full Luna WAS alone...And there is only a ''finite'' number of castle spaces.....and if the population goes up then it stands to reason the castle price goes up.....especially when u consider europa Keeps are pretty much free....there a few empty spots all the time....Its like Atlantic theres far more players and a lot less castles placed there...hence they can fetch a couple of billion due to the demand is greater....on the flip side shards Like LA with a lot lower population ...and nearly a full set of castle spots placed...[ie] the land is nearly castles only !! [roughly 125 castles per facet].....the shard even as odd castle spots open and u would be lucky to get a few mill for one and a lot of hard work!!

You the seller and me a potential buyer, my opinion does matter. Check your attitude.
if u read the reply it was not aimed at you but if 450 is in your words bs someone was selling 1 luna monday for 500 and in my humble opinion 150 is a bs offer hope you get 1 for that but it will not be mine so check your use of bs as it is insulting and dont bother to offer as i will sell it to a guild mate as i dont have any serios offers here):loser:
I know it was not intended to me, however it was towards another making statements of offers. 350m is the norm in fel for a castle. 450 to 500 is about the rate for a tram one. I started low on purpose. I know it was a low offer and would not be accepted, however we could have come to a reasonable offer being accepted. Your unjustified attacks and bad attitude and obvious lying only denotes to your inexperience in such matters. If the offer is legitimate, then its sad that you are screwing over a guildmate so badly. I hope he reads the boards and realizes his error and holds off and saves himself 100m or so.

once again read what i am saying ill sell it a guild mate for a lot less tbh i may even give it away i was icq 2 offers both wanted it and made offers over 400 i payed 400 mill for it did i pay to much no as a clock can sell for 600 mill from recent event if i come across as a bs i can only say u dont know me i really hope you get a castle u may do but mine is over 400 mill as i am leaving game soon if it sells good if it doest its free to a guild m8 or it will drop but i wont sell it under 400 no matter what people think its worth its a pixcel in an online game.Your offer was low it did not bother me i should have posted 400 mill offers or above then i would not get the abuse i am geting just another reason me and lots others are thinking of leaving game its a game lol next ill be asked for a surveyors report if i came across short i am srry but give me a break i wanted offers not the spanish inquisition)
