I think you can still make these.
Get some old Green taged clothing, use blue tokuno dye, cut up the cloth and make new item.
It should hold the color.
Next get Clothing Bless deed, and Poof there you go.

if this was made from the aos/salvage bag bug then it would be wearable by humans which I believe would classify it as illegal, but don't quote me on that.
not wearable by humans and there was no bug to make it... Like he said upabove it was made by the green cloth... which is getting harder and hard to get also an Elven Robe uses much cloth so to get a bulk amount like that makes it even more difficult.

if its made from green cloth then it certainly is not worth the 65m bid you state you have for it, and I'd suggest taking that in an instant.

Not really. At least it wasn't an exploited bug. It just kinda happened.
Clothing items made with the green label simply turned out that way because they were made out of cloth but the barbed leather gump was selected instead of normal leather.
As for the robe... did it sell for 65? If so tell whoever I have enough cloth to make another one...

Where did I say it was an exploit or an exploited bug? all I said was that it was created via a bug, which the op had stated it was not.
