Hard to get a DE piece with 10/8 on it, this has 10/10, plus It has like 13 stat, DCI, lmc, both of the regens you want. And someone took the risk of enhancing with heartwood it seems to get 10 DI, that's risky as f*ck. Resists also nice. Best piece ice seen for a warrior hands down. Only thing that sucks is it is not a material LMC piece but it is mage armor so no worries.

Not risky to enhance something when it costs 5m to guarantee success. The owner was fortunate they got 10DI but I imagine they would have been happy with 5 HCI as well. All of the other outcomes are terrible.

Right, and there is only like a 28.5714% chance to get a "good" mod when enhancing! After enhancing, he should have gone and bought a lottery ticket! hehe
