It is the Gargoyle Plot in Arirang, an event house placed inside the Stygian Abyss dungeon.

My guess would be, if you're after one of these houses it would be mainly because of the following - posted by Mythic:

We will be giving appropriate titles to the owners of these homes that they can proudly wear as long as they own the house, expect this in an upcoming publish. Until then, enjoy the house!

Which I'd assume to be something like Warden of the Abyss as a subtitle of your character, similar to the title Slime Hunter.

@MODS: I noticed that you moved my previous thread(regarding the same topic as this one), so I made another. Please don't move it again as it does belong in the rare forums - this isn't just a house plot, it is obviously a rare from an event which I'm sure quite a few collectors would be interested in.

It's gonna get moved again probly. It's a shard item that can't be xferred... Plus it's on Arirang. They have UO Asian Trade for this.

I can see both view points on this particular item, but let me just say this.

1. There are any number of "rares" that can not be moved.
-blessed houses
-walls, pillars etc that have been GM/EM/Seer blessed in a house
-items stuck in a crate that have been placed may or may not then be movable.

2. Many event items have and do still come from asia and shouldn't be excluded from this forum simply based on their origin.

And what has it being shard specific got to do with anything? This is a rares collector forum, not moveraresaroundfest2010. This particular item I'm selling is obviously a rare, read the sticky and you'll notice this item isn't violating any terms of this forum.

Houses are not allowed for sale on this forum. Yes, your house is rare. However, there are several other plots in the game that can be considered rare or even unique.
