One mil was a nice offer considering the size of the plot, and of course you never showed a full pic proving it was a one-plot island. But good luck. There are hermits on Siege (I am one of them.. I still have a fetish for my south of Trinsic coastline area.) They are hard to find though.

Pssh, that house is not worth 2 million... You can't even run to it, should actually be worth less than most. There's not much special about the spot, it's been open forever.2m is the lowest i can take
LOL--this is so funny. I was there when the house went IDOC. I would have never thought that this was special because of seclusion. There are so many places out in the mountains in Luna that you can place a house with no one around. You have to gate in and out of here, no moongate access. To think I could have sold that plot when it fell..hmm you never know what people will pay for.
Was there anything good at that IDOC...i had a rune marked there and everything but work got in the way
