The pic says it all.. It aint cheap but you can get for your mage that uses Mage Weps, or just to boost DCI, Reflect, HCI, with no casting penalties. They dont spawn any more, and can't be crafted. Price starts at 50 mil. Thats half of what I was told it was worth by someone i trust.

ps: to the op.. check the search sites, there are way better shields for alot less gold

Shields maybe worth 5-10m, not anymore unless you find someone who REALLY likes it for some reason.
