I like being honest so i will.
There is far to many larger spots on atlantic to place.
9x7 is what the tool says it's worth..42k.
If housing was tight then it can fetch some cash.. That was many moons ago.
Shard transfers ruined that.
Anyhow i say drop plot and find a larger one to sell.

Yeah I assumed that it wouldn't fetch any offers just seeing before I dropped the plot.
